Returns

If  you or the recipient are not happy with the product then please get in touch via the form below and we will get back to you with further instructions. Alternatively, email info@hamandpickleltd.com if you have a question. Further details of our returns policy are here:

  • Due to the personalised nature of Ham & Pickle, returns will only be accepted for damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of shipment.
  • If there is a fault with a product then return shipment will be paid for (please reuse the box your item came in).
  • Please notify us within 30 days if your item has not been received. 

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

If gifts do not arrive or get lost in the post please get in touch and let us know within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can make a claim with the Royal Mail.
