COVID-19We are currently experiencing delays to delivery times due to COVID 19 and its effect on our delivery partners. In most cases, delivery is still between 3-5 working days but we cannot guarantee this at this time.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK mainland. We are working on it though and if you have a question then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you or the recipient are not happy with the product then please get in touch via the form below and we will get back to you with further instructions. Alternatively, email email@example.com if you have a question. Further details of our returns policy are here:
- Due to the personalised nature of Ham & Pickle, returns will only be accepted for damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of shipment.
- If there is a fault with a product then return shipment will be paid for (please reuse the box your item came in)
- Please notify us within 30 days if your item has not been received.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, as well as earrings and socks cannot be returned.
If gifts do not arrive or get lost in the post please get in touch and let us know within 3 months of the delivery date so we can make a claim with the Royal Mail.
